EVENTS

Events must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance.

Make sure you select the correct number of children attending (1 Child, 2 Siblings, or 3 Siblings) for the best group pricing!!

(These are meant to be drop-off events, but parents are welcome to stay at no charge if you prefer)

  • Cancellation Policy:

    You must cancel by at least the day before to receive a full refund.

    If you cancel same day up to 2 hours prior to the event starting, you are entitled to a 50% refund.

    If you cancel within two hours of the event starting there is no refund.

    We will have already staffed and ordered all supplies based on the number of reservations and cannot refund at that point.
